Bindbee syncs JumpCloud users into its Employee and Employment models. That includes names, username, employee number, work and personal email, phone numbers, home and work location, job title, department, manager, account status, and employment type.
A JumpCloud API key, generated from the Admin Portal under My API Key, or a key from a JumpCloud Service Account. Your customer enters it in Bindbee Link; credentials are never stored on your servers.
Yes. Bindbee only reads user data, so an admin or service account with the Read Only role is enough. Make sure API key access is turned on for that admin.
Yes. The manager field on each Employee holds the manager's Bindbee ID, and department is available on both Employee and Employment.
