Most customers complete setup in under 10 minutes. Your end-user authenticates via Bindbee Link, and initial data sync begins immediately.

What credentials does my customer need to connect Workline?

Your customer needs admin access to their Workline account. Bindbee Link guides them through authorization. No credentials are stored on your servers.

Can I get organizational hierarchy from Workline?

Yes. The manager field on Employee objects contains the manager's Bindbee ID, and department and division describe each employee's placement in the org.

Does Bindbee sync terminated employees from Workline?

Yes. Use employment_status or check the termination_date field. Historical employee records remain accessible.

Can I sync teams and groups from Workline?

Yes. The Group model includes name, type, and is_commonly_used_as_team. Employee group memberships are available via the groups field.

Does Bindbee support Workline custom fields?

Yes. Enable include_custom_fields=true in your API requests. Custom fields appear in the custom_fields object with their original Workline field names.

How often does Bindbee sync data from Workline?

Initial sync completes in minutes. After that, Bindbee runs incremental syncs automatically. You can also trigger manual syncs via the API or dashboard.

How do I handle Workline rate limits?

You don't. Bindbee manages rate limiting with Workline's API internally. We cache data and handle retries automatically.
