No. Square does not offer a public Payroll API, so payroll runs, pay stubs, tax data, and direct deposit details are not retrievable from Square. Bindbee surfaces wage rates and worked hours from the Team and Labor APIs, which is what most labor-cost and workforce use cases need.
Through Square OAuth. Your customer clicks through Bindbee Link and grants your application read access. Bindbee stores and refreshes the tokens, so no Square credentials touch your servers.
Initial sync completes in minutes. After that, Bindbee runs automatic incremental syncs and you can trigger a manual sync via API at any time.
Square's Team and Labor APIs support writes, including creating team members and timecards. Write-back availability through Bindbee varies by plan and model. Contact us for current Square write capabilities.

Yes. Square assigns team members to one or more locations, and Bindbee surfaces the assigned location on each employee record as work_location, so you can filter and report by site. Square locations are not exposed as a separate Group model.
Square's Team API exposes a reference_id field that sellers commonly use to store an external HR system identifier. Bindbee maps this to employee_number and can also pass it through raw. Square does not offer general-purpose custom fields on team members.
