A ClayHR API key and the user ID it belongs to. Keys are generated in ClayHR under My Integrations → Manage API Keys. The key inherits that user's permissions, so it should be created by an admin.
Yes. ClayHR custom fields are returned in the custom_fields object on the Employee model, with their original ClayHR field names preserved.
Yes. The Time Off model returns request_type, status, start_time, end_time, amount, units, and the employee_note attached to each request.
Yes. The manager field on Employee objects contains the manager's Bindbee ID. Groups include name, type, and parent_group, so you can rebuild ClayHR's department tree.
